Innovation strategist with over twenty five years' experience in developing and directing leadership programs and institutions. Mentored top professionals in the public, military, social and business sectors in Israel and the US. Has over 25 years'  experience in teaching Humanities, developing curriculum and managing teams and budgets; and over 15 years' experience training leaders, managers, teachers and teacher trainers. Holds a doctorate in learning sciences from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Was a visiting scholar at Stanford University, and received the Hebrew University’s excellence in teaching award. Served as director of programs at the Mandel Leadership Institute and as Senior vice president of Shalem College in Jerusalem.
