We became convinced that:

- few places truly challenge the most talented managers;

- most people rarely confront the human factors that hold back success, and leverage them to go farther than they imagined possible; and

- while bullshit is everywhere, reliable, research-based knowledge is hard to access.

 

So, we created AmplyPhi to fill in the gap.
