Transactions my be canceled within 14 days of payment, provided the cancelation is executed at least 7 business days prior to the start of the event or course. If a transaction is canceled under these conditions, then the customer will be entitled to a refund within 14 business days of receipt of the cancelation notice and in accordance with the actual amount paid, less clearing and conversion fees of 5% per item or $100 per item, whichever is lowest.
